We use a cloud based applicant tracking and human resources system that is housed by a third party vendor, Workday, Inc. As we are not responsible for the content, data collection or privacy policies of Workday, we urge you to read the privacy and security policies of Workday (see link above) before providing any personal information.
If you are interested in pursuing career opportunities with Restaurant Technologies, you can review and apply for job openings listed in an online jobs database. Visitors can also forward job descriptions that they believe would be of interest to others by e-mail.
If you choose to apply online for a posted job on our Website, you will be required to provide your name, address, home telephone number, email address, and to complete a questionnaire that is specific to the job for which you apply. Your responses to the questionnaire will be used in evaluating your qualifications for that position. Please do not include your social security number, credit card or bank account numbers, and non-work related personal information such as eye color, marital status, etc.
If you choose to respond to the Voluntary Equal Opportunity Questionnaire, your race, gender, and disability/veteran status (which will be used only for the purposes of satisfying government reporting regulations), may be collected.
The personal information that you submit to Restaurant Technologies while online may be accessed and down-loaded by Restaurant Technologies professionals located in the United States through a secured connection to the Workday database and used for evaluating your qualifications for the job for which you have applied and other jobs that may suit your experience and qualifications, provided you indicate a desire to be notified about other positions. In addition, the provisions of this policy relating to use of information apply to any information that may be accessed or downloaded by Restaurant Technologies from our Careers site.
You may receive emails from Restaurant Technologies about your application, such as an email thanking you for submitting your resume and an email notifying you about the status of your application.
What We Do With Your Information:

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Restaurant Technologies is committed to protecting your privacy and sees the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) as an opportunity to strengthen our commitment even further. Restaurant Technologies has put in place processes and procedures to comply with the various provisions of CCPA—consumer rights, data protection addendum, data deletion, data retention, and data masking which align with our core values of customer trust and data privacy.
We do not collect or process users’ Personal Information beyond what is required for the functioning of our services, and this will never change.
This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“Notice”) supplements and is expressly made part of the information contained in Restaurant Technologies Inc.’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this Notice to comply with the CCPA. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

- You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions, including if we need the Personal Information for a reason related to our business, such as:
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
- You have the right to request that we restrict any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions, from sale of sharing.
- RT does not sell or share your personal information unless as part of a mutual agreement.
- Right to Correct
- You have the right to request that we correct any incorrect Personal Information that we collected regarding yourself, subject to certain exceptions.
- After we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will correct your Personal Information and remove the errant data from our records within the time frame required by the CCPA, unless an exception applies.
- Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
- You have the right to request that we limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information that we collected regarding yourself, subject to certain exceptions.
- After we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will limit the use or disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information in our records within the time frame required by the CCPA, unless an exception applies.
Exercising Your Rights:
To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us through the web form link provided above in the Contact Us section. If you are an employee of RT please contact Human Resources.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include: providing your email and phone verification, known customer information, and/or account sign-up authentication or other information needed to verify your identity depending on the sensitivity of the Personal Information in question.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format:
We use good faith efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days after its receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and the needed extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by email.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. If we cannot comply with any portion of a request, the response we provide will also explain why, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a commercially reasonable format to provide your Personal Information that is commonly useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, but we do not guarantee that all formats are useable in all media. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of CCPA Privacy Rights:
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. In particular, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services;
- Charge you different prices for goods or services, whether through denying benefits or imposing penalties;
- Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services; or
- Threaten you with any of the above.
