Pete has been working with Restaurant Technologies the past 2 years. He leads our Insurance Initiative which is helping RT’s clients save money on their commercial insurance premiums by educating underwriters about the many exposure and claims-reducing benefits that are associated with RT’s automated oil management and hood and duct cleaning systems. Pete has been in the commercial insurance industry for over 30 years. His insurance and risk management experience has covered the full spectrum of insurance including at one time being an insurance agent to also holding a variety of senior executive roles with numerous national insurance carriers and claims cost containment companies. Pete’s background includes Chief Operating Officer of a national Property & Casualty insurance carrier, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a national managing general agency operation and numerous underwriting and claims management roles including Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager with major insurance companies, including The Travelers. Insurance coverage expertise includes Self-insurance, Captives, Property and Allied Lines, General Liability, Commercial Automobile, Workers Compensation, Directors and Officers and other Professional Liability, Umbrella, Pollution Liability, Cyber, and Excess & Surplus Lines
