Mendota Heights, Minn., (May 16, 2024) – Restaurant Technologies will showcase its industry leading automated kitchen solutions in booth 7445 at the 2024 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show taking place from Saturday, May 18 to Tuesday, May 21 in Chicago. Restaurant Technologies will give attendees an opportunity to view and demo its products that help “Control the Kitchen Chaos” with a safer, more efficient commercial kitchen.
The Total Oil Management Solution is an end-to-end automated cooking oil management system that delivers, monitors, filters, and recycles cooking oil. The solution eliminates one of the most dangerous, time-consuming, and difficult tasks for foodservice operators, creating a safer, smarter, and more efficient kitchen. AutoMist® automates hood & flue cleaning to prevent grease buildup, help reduce the risk of fire, and eliminates the need for regularly scheduled hood cleanings.
Visitors at booth 7445 in McCormick Place Convention Center can view the solutions on display firsthand, and also experience the solutions through an interactive virtual reality program that will transport them into a commercial kitchen with Restaurant Technologies’ solutions.
“This will be the first year that we’re able to directly transport booth visitors into a commercial kitchen through our virtual reality headset,” said Ryan Bowlds, Senior Director of Product Innovation and Marketing. “Prospective customers will be able to experience the difference our solutions make and help create a safer and more efficient commercial kitchen for foodservice operators.”
